I didn't get the shovel

I didn't get the shovel. The description of the tools should be better. The flathead screwdriver either isnt there or is suppose to be able to flip but is so tight in the casing that I can't get it free

It would be nice if you had a video of how to assemble it. It also makes noise I need to add something to stop that. I also saw other sticks that had a compass on it.
